Menu Options

The following options are available for use on the left-side navigation menu.

 

Order Status
      This page lists orders for the selected customer # through the previous quarter. You can view order information here, as well as the invoice and tracking information (if applicable).
Select Customer
     If you have more than one customer # assigned to your User ID then use this page to select which customer # you currently wish to view orders for.
Service Manuals
     Lists Service and Parts manuals for APW Wyott products. The manuals are saved as PDF files, which are viewable by most current web browsers, and can be saved or printed from your local computer.
Help
    
Lists all available menu options.
Logout
     Logs the current User ID off and ends your session.
APW Wyott Home
     Returns you to the main page for the APW Wyott website, www.apwwyott.com. The main site lists products available from APW Wyott as well as reps, service agencies, employment information, contact information, and other links. You can return to the enhanced web by clicking on the Enhanced Web link at the bottom of the main page.
Change User Info
     This page allows you to change the web record information for the currently logged in User, and it allows you to change your password for security purposes. You can modify the Company Name, the Phone or Fax #, the Email address, or the User Name listed for your account. You cannot change the User ID, however. This can only be done by the Web Administrators.
User Info Section
     This shows the information in our web record for the User ID currently logged on. If any of the information is incorrect, then go to the Chagen User Info page to change or modify your record. NOTE: Only the UserID, the Company Name, the Customer # currently selected, and the Fax # show up here. The view all of the web record information, you must go to the Change User Info page.
Email - Web Admin
     Opens your default mail editor and addresses a message to our Web Administrator email account. Use this email address to report any problem with your web account or with the enhanced web itself. NOTE: if this option doesn't work on your browser, you can manually send email to the web administrators using this email address:  csghelpdesk@standexcsg.com. Just copy and paste from this web page to your email editor or application.
Email - APWWyottInfo
     Opens your default mail editor and addresses a message to our Marketing Department, which can send you information about any of our products or services. NOTE: if this option doesn't work on your browser, you can manually send email to the web administrators using this email address:  marketing@standexcsg.com. Just copy and paste from this web page to your email editor or application.
Email - Customer Service
     Opens your default mail editor and addresses a message to our Customer Service Department where you can request information about your orders or simply ask the Customer Service Department a question. NOTE: if this option doesn't work on your browser, you can manually send email to the web administrators using this email address:  customercare@standexcsg.com. Just copy and paste from this web page to your email editor or application.
